At Birch Bay Waterslides your Safety is our number one priority. We take a tremendous amount of pride in providing a fun, exciting, and safe atmosphere for you to enjoy. All our waterslide attendants are CPR and First Aid certified and we have an advanced first aid and CPR facilitator on staff at all times.

• No outside food or drink - Bottled Water, Birthday Cake and Little Caesars Pizza is allowed

  Sorry we no longer allow outside food and drink due to the increasing problems of glass and alcohol being brought in the park. We apologize about the inconvenience however this policy was implemented to provide the safest possible experience to all our guests. Please look at our concession menu (link) to review the number of affordable options available. We allow the flexibility to enter and leave the park as many times as you like if you seek other food options as well. View our concessions menu here

• No glass allowed in the park
• No smoking inside the park. (You may leave and re-enter the park as many times as you like and ash trays are available outside the gates)
• No metal allowed on the slides
• Appropriate Swim attire mandatory - no jean shorts

  The Birch Bay Waterslides reserves the right to deem what is appropriate. We are a fun family park, please be considerate of all guests.

• Swim diapers under rubber pants are mandatory for children not yet toilet trained
• No running anywhere in the park
• No "linking-up" or "chaining-up" on tube rides
• Riding tube rides without a tube is strictly prohibited for your safety.

The Birch Bay Waterslides suggest the following recommendations to enhance the fun and safety of our guests

• Drink lots of water throughout the day
• Wear sunscreen with protection equal to 40 SPF or greater
• Inform all members of your group of Birch Bay Waterslides park rules and guidelines
• Provide or rent life jackets for young children
• Lock up your valuables - we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Bring an umbrella for shade
• Upon entry, inform waterslide staff of any serious medical conditions - a form is required to be kept on file for that visit only.
• Be aware of all potential hazards of water and water activities
• Communicate with staff and waterslide attendants regarding any problems
• Report all injuries immediately
• Locate and inform your group of first aid facility
• Wear sunglasses with advanced UV protection - sunglasses are not recommended while using the slides
